FAQ

Do you supply saws?
We encourage you to bring your own saw, but we do have saws available for your use.

Do you supply twine?
We do supply twine, but we strongly encourage you to bring your own tie-down straps. Many of our trees are quite big and twine may not give you the security you need. If you have a trailer or truck, we encourage you to bring that to transport your tree.

Where are the pre-cut trees?
There are no pre-cut trees this year.

Can I bring my dog to the tree farm?
Of course! Leashed dogs are welcome.

How much do your trees cost?
All of our trees are $80, taxes included, regardless of size. We accept cash, debit and credit.

Where do I park?
Parking is available on site.

What do I do with my tree after the holiday season?

For the Niagara region, Christmas tree collection usually takes place the second week of January.

How do I keep my tree fresh?
We advise watering your tree daily with one litre of water.

What variety of trees are available this year?
Colorado blue spruce will be available in the west field (formerly Pete’s Premium Trees) this year. This variety is ideal because of their perfect pyramid shape and strong branches, making them a perfect tree for displaying your ornaments! They don’t lose their needles as quickly as some other Christmas tree varieties. That means less vacuuming for you! The trees vary in colour (green, blue-green, silver) and have a fresh, evergreen smell.

The species is also conveniently deer-resistant due to their firm, sharp needles — an important feature in an area known for the abundance of deer.

The east field (formerly Smith’s Trees) will not be open this year.
